The Riverfest Arts & Crafts Show is an annual event, offering handmade Arts & Crafts, Food Booths, and Entertainment, including street performers, live bands on 2 stages, kid’s games, and much, much more! Attendance for Saturday Daytime Activities is free and parking is free for the whole weekend!

It is our goal this year to provide a quality festival with handcrafted arts & crafts. Imports and mass produced items for resale WILL NOT be allowed!

Each year extensive marketing and advertising is done throughout the Vicksburg area, including Central Mississippi and Louisiana areas, attracting an attendance of over 17,000 people.

Enclosed, please find your Arts & Crafts vendor application for the 40^th Annual Riverfest Arts & Crafts Show.

How to Apply:

1. Read and complete the enclosed application form carefully and completely. Items not listed on the application will not be allowed to be displayed or sold.  

2. Read the terms & conditions on the bottom of the application carefully. Sign the Acceptance Waiver. Please make sure you make copies for yourself. Your application will not be accepted unless you have signed the Acceptance Waiver.  

3. Include two (2) photos of your items for sale, one (1) work photo & one (1) photo of your booth display, as well as price lists of what you will be selling. Applications without photos will not be considered, this includes repeat crafters! Please include a self addressed stamped envelope if you want your photos returned.  

4. Currently, we only accept payment on our website through Pay Pal. Once you have sent in your application and have been approved, we will notify you with payment instructions.  

5. Make plans to have a busy and successful day in Historic Downtown Vicksburg at the 40^thAnnual Riverfest Arts & Crafts Show.
